“My passion, the soul of wood”
I believe that wood has a soul that needs to be brought out, not drowned out. In my work, I wanted to have a partner who sees this raw material in a similar way. And it was at Edwood that I found people who understand that good design is not just about the attractive appearance of a piece of furniture, but a much broader perspective and many nuances of creation.
That is how I became a Design Partner at Edwood. I am involved in creating the logic behind each collection, from the Wellness line to Outdoor furniture. I make sure that each of them is a coherent, well-thought-out ecosystem.
What does this mean for You?
- Quality confirmed by awards: I am the co-designer of the SVALL washbasin, which received the German Design Award Special 2024. This proves that our unconventional approach to wood is appreciated worldwide.
- Respect for resources: I design in the spirit of less is better. I focus on circular design – I create furniture that will serve generations and will not burden the environment.
- Workshop precision: My professional career has led me through the design of precision electronics and watches. I transfer this ‘jeweller's’ precision to oak. I begin the design of each piece of furniture with a hand-drawn sketch and numerous prototypes. There is no room for chance here.
Together with Edwood, we give noble oak a contemporary form. We do not create individual items, but rather a durable and beautiful environment for everyday life.

At Edwood, we harness the vast potential of oak to create collections in the spirit of sustainable development. From carefully selected tabletops to designer slats, we finish each element with natural oil waxes to bring out the beauty of the wood. The SI system from the Pure Wood Collection pays tribute to the nobility of oak. Made from top-quality European wood, it impresses with its lightness and precise finish, which protects it from moisture while leaving the oak structure perfectly smooth and pleasant to the touch.

The heart of the line is the SVALL washbasin – a design that takes its name from the Swedish word for tide. Its variable, wavy shape gives the noble oak an unusual lightness and dynamism, making it an original addition to a modern bathroom in the spirit of eco-design.
